Our gardener

This is our new gardener, Christian. He has been doing a great job on the yard. I use to mow with the push mower every week. A process that took 3 hours a week. Now we have this new riding lawn mower and my boy Christian is out there mowing a lot. He is such a hard working son. Thanks for all you do Christian.

Happy Birthday

Last week was Hiram and Curtis's birthday. Hiram turned 43 on October 19th. Everyone chooses what they want for their birthday dinner. They seam to all chose the Mexican food restaurant in town. Is it my cooking that steers them away from eating at home? Well anyway happy birthday hubby.
The kids said we only could put some of the candles on the cake.

Curtis's birthday was on the 20th. My camera is not the best and his pictures didn't turn out at all. Sorry Curtis. This is from awhile back I thought it was a cute picture and it really shows how much he has grown today.

Soccer

The new soccer season is well on it's way. Sabrina and Howard are playing this year. They have a great time. Games are every Saturday.

Such a ham.

"I got it ."

"Now I need a rest."

Summer

What can I say, she is just beautiful. I couldn't pass it up.

Adriana cheerleading

This is the freshman mascot (it's a mustang in case you can't tell). Adriana is on her 3rd year of cheerleading and loves it. Their pom poms are pink for this game for breast cancer awareness month.

Sierra, Adriana and Tiara

Girls getting ready for their pictures.

So cute, all the freshman cheerleaders!!

Jog a thon

Howard all smiles and ready to run.

Curtis making sure he is all warmed up.

"Nice Sabrina." Friday was the annual Jog a thon at the children's school. They can't wait for this day to arrive. There apparently is much excitement running lap after lap. Curtis ran 31 laps, Sabrina ran 27 and Howard ran 21. Every one's legs were moving!!!

Sabrina's friends.

16 Already!!

Can't believe you are 16 already Christian. Wow, where did the years go. You are a great son. We could not be more proud of you. Thank you for being YOU. I love you.

Oh, and yes you did get ripped off compared to Summer's birthday. She got the new car for her sixteenth. Lucky!! Times have changed.

"You know I can see you back there making that face."

"That's really mature, knock it off."
"See, I am smiling."

A couple of days before Christian's birthday we went out to dinner with Grandpa and Grandma Panion and Ron and Jennifer's little boy, Spencer. Christian of course was spoiled by them. Had a great time as usual. Spencer is getting so big. Thanks for making it a fun night.

Librarian

Relaxing after church. Hey, it's tough being the ward librarian. That is my new calling along with being over the 10 year old scouts. Someone has got to do it :)

Hiram's brother John

This was in front of Hiram's brothers house. We went to visit his brother John and his wife Leslie in Folsom. We had such a great time and they were so much fun to be with.Their home is so beautiful and cozy. We had dinner and visited with family. Leslie is so creative and an amazing cook.

Leslie has these gorgeous birds. There are so many we couldn't count them. The children enjoyed the stories she told about the birds. Thank you Leslie you are quit the entertainer.

Look how intense the children are listening.

We were able to meet new relative as well. Jon and Leslie's daughter Jennifer is on the right in the middle. She is a little bit older than me but I am still her aunt. Funny how that works. (She looks amazing by the way.) Thank you again John and Leslie for such a great time. It was very nice to spend the evening with you.
