Adriana & Tati
Adriana and her friend Tatiana were playing dress up. I figured this would be outgrown by now but they seem to enjoy it. I'm just happy to see the sweet innocence of it.

Snow Campout
The scouts always do a snow camp out. They make these caves and actually sleep in them all night. It kind of makes me feel guilty for being in my bed with the electric blanket on high. Of course there is the usual junk food purchase on the way up to the snow. The cookies and chips and all the goodies that mom doesn't let them partake in on a regular basis. Curtis has a fantastic scout leader, Jeff Black.

Dream of a White Christmas
We had a wonderful Christmas this year. It wasn't a white Christmas so I posted these pictures my parents sent to us. This is what their beautiful cabin looks like at Christmas time....
We were busy. Shopping and wrapping then more shopping and more wrapping. Even Felix the cat had to lay down and take a break with me.
"Dad, this wont take long, just look at mom and smile."
Nothing like a new pair of stilettos. My sweetie picked these out by himself. Nice work, babe.........
Even Peyton received a new Christmas ball. The house was TrAsHeD!!!!!

My mother
My mother became very sick and ended up in the emergency room. The next morning I was on a plane to Utah to be with her. After several tests were done the diagnosis was that she had cancer. I remember the horrible feeling that came over me when the doctor came in and told us of the test results. My mother, cancer? How can that be? She is healthier than most women half her age. Two days later she had surgery to remove the cancer from her body. Many prayers were said and we were hopeful that she would come out of this okay.
( Don't worry mom, I'm purposely not revealing you while you were sick)
My beautiful sister Patricia and my brother Philip and his little girl, Kastle. So cute!!
