My sweet kids suggested that we have upside down night for dinner. That is when we have breakfast at the end of the day. Waffles, eggs, toast, and sausage. I said that would be fine and they were more than welcome to help. They all put on the aprons from the drawer, then I took their pictures and then they escaped outside. What? Hey, thanks for the help.

Missed the Rodeo
We missed the rodeo today but we made it to the parade. The parade use to be a bit more exciting. Either it takes more to entertain me or they have gotten a little slower. Mr. Pickle was there though. Whohoo...
The girls enjoyed themselves. Christian was home sleeping in and Curtis spent the night at his friends.
Howard's drink of choice, a diet Pepsi. Where is your sweatshirt Howard? It was really cold out there.
Cowboy is this puppies name. I took one look at him and I was in love. What a cute little guy. I'm sure his owner was confused when I asked if I could hold him. They smell so good. Puppy love......Posted by Michelle at 8:56 PM
Time Flies
I have the best son ever. You are such a wonderful young man Christian. Just 6 months from now and you'll be 18. Time flies. Sorry we were late for church, even though I waited in the car for you for 10 minutes. Oh well, it gave me a chance to catch up on my scrabble games anyway. You are becoming a marvelous young man.Thank you for all you do.
Here you are being a big helper to me as the oldest son in the family. You took such great care of your younger siblings. Look at you all here, 10 years ago. You're 7, Adriana 5, Sabrina 3, Curtis 2 and Howard only 10 months old. Summer was still at school and we were getting ready to go pick her up. Those were such BUSY days and I wouldn't change one moment. Posted by Michelle at 8:27 PM
Baseball Season is back
Opening day for baseball was last week. We are so excited. The boys are on the same team again this year. There were rumors that the league was trying not to let the brothers play on the same team. It's no wonder why, once you get the Kemp boys together they become a lethal combination for any team they play.

Pinewood Derby & Scouts
While the pinewood derby is going on the older scouts are being taught the most efficient way to win in an arm wrestling match. You can see the confidence in Christians smirk. He knows Brayden is going down ;)

Saying good-bye to Grandma Judy
We had the pleasure of being together on camp outs and snow trips and many other events.Grandma and grandpa with Sabrina. Judy's smile was infectious. It would be hard not to return a smile to such a friendly and welcoming face.
Frank and Christian

We will miss you so much Judy and our hearts will remember the beautiful moments we were able to have our lives blessed by you. Thank you so much for all you have done for us and the memories that we will cherish forever.

I love you Judy and will miss you always.

Still young
My father plays like he is 25. The kids love it when my parents are here. My mom cooks up a storm and my dad will be outside with the boys on the basketball court or some other sport activity. There was Sabrina, Howard, Curtis and Eli from next door. Eli fell a few times and my dad was right there to get him back in the game.Posted by Michelle at 11:36 PM

Adriana & Tati
Adriana and her friend Tatiana were playing dress up. I figured this would be outgrown by now but they seem to enjoy it. I'm just happy to see the sweet innocence of it.
