Valentine's Day

We stayed home with the kids this year for Valentines day. The kids wanted to have homemade nachos and we watched the latest movie in the Twilight saga. Breaking Dawn. We really enjoyed each others company. I love my family!!!!

Her birthday

Happy birthday Summer... I can't believe it was so long ago that I held you in my arms. You were the most beautiful baby I've ever seen. Now you're a beautiful woman. Your dad and I love you so much......

My Dad

My father has a big heart. I'm so blessed to know my father loves me and is concerened about my well being. He calls me often (as does my mother) to check on me and to make sure I am doing okay. How thankful I am for their love for me. I couldn't have picked a better set of parents.....

My children made this shirt for their grandpa several years ago. It's nice he wears it. The kids love it. The cabinet beside my father was built by him. Beautiful piece of furniture. He is so incredibly talented.

Last summer

Every once in awhile I'll miss our old home. It was very roomy. I'm very excited for the new owners, they will love it there. It's a beautiful place.

The decisions one has to make during the day. Red box movies can get complicated.. Lol.. These two are inseparable most of the time. Curtis and Howie...

Two other brothers that have a love for each other that is matched by none. Hiram and his twin brother Howard 26 years ago. There isn't much that these two wouldn't do for each other. Hiram will go by his brother Howard's house or wherever he is daily just to check on him and make sure he's doing okay. Families are so wonderful to have, especially ones you can count on. I am so thankful for my family.

Count Your Blessings

What are you thankful for? Do you remember to count your many blessings? So many times we get caught up in the things we don't have and forget to turn our focus to the blessings that we do have. I count my many blessings everyday. My glass is full. How blessed I am to have such a beautiful family. Children on loan from my Heavenly Father. I AM BLESSED!!!!
